INDORA IT-SYSTEM. Electronic Work Permit System. The project involves 3000 people. The system has been successfully operating since 2018. Every day the Tactise algorithm creates dozens of digital work permits. This not only speeds up the processes, but also increases corporate reliability and safety.
HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK MANAGEMENT FOR NORILSK NICKEL
The RISK-CONTROL project developed by Tactise has been introduced at 17 company sites. 6 of these are key enterprises with a total number of more than 80 thousand people in the support loop. 250 Process Owners have been TRAINED 2,190 engineers and technicians or 94% have been trained. 45,000 risk and hazard registers have been issued for more than a third of the work processes. During risk assessment process, more than 25,000 risks were identified and eliminated. 33,000 risk mitigation measures were implemented.
CMS COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR HSE AT GAZPROMNEFT
The key aim of the project was for Tactise specialists to develop a system of employee competencies in the field of IES, HS and CP (industrial and environmental safety, health and safety at work, and civil protection), including competencies in the field of high-risk work management.
Tactise Safe Contractor Project. As part of their work with a subdivision of LUKOIL division, Tactise team experts introduced a range of project elements designed to create competencies to monitor work and interaction with contractors as part of a major technology upgrade. The "Safe Contractor" project helps not only with the systematic monitoring of contractor work safety, but also contributes to proprietary levels of safety by applying the same risk management practices to all their departments.
Introduction of the Tactise project and IT solution for the safe performance of hazardous work, issuing of work permits (Tactise INDORA) and related systems (audits, task and personnel management, work planning), and work permit system audits.
Risk-Control + INDORA for Irkutsk Oil Company (INK)
Performing a comprehensive audit and further implementation of the Risk-Control and INDORA projects aimed at the company's transition to a risk-based approach, synchronized with industrial safety management automation (Tactise INDORA project). The parallel implementation of automation tools and risk management standards is one of the world's best practices for successful company transformation. It has allowed the organisation to fully adapt software to the requisite standards and to achieve synergy between IT and best practices in IHS.
Development, adaptation and implementation of an incident investigation standard. Conducting strategic sessions and training courses. Complete development of methodology and regulations for investigation of IHS incidents. Tactise professional trainers have conducted incident investigations at some of the biggest sites in the world. The practical experience of our experts allows them to significantly enhance the level and efficiency of incident investigation at industrial sites.
The 2019 project entailed a complete survey of the IHS system at EVRAZ. A decision was made during the strategic session to implement risk management practices simultaneously at the three largest divisions of the company. On a number of occasions, the implementation of Tactise IHS risk management tools has already led to significant improvements in safety culture. The expected project completion date is the end of 2020.
A risk-based approach to industrial safety, health and safety and environmental conservation management. It allows incidents to be prevented by providing workers with an understanding and awareness of risks, and the creation of safe and responsible behaviour on the part of personnel. It also encourages conscious leadership in matters of safety, and enhanced competence in the field of risk management. Risk-Control is based on the world's best practices in the field of risk management and adapted to Russian legislation and work practices. The project has been successfully launched at some of largest mining and production facilities in Russia and has led to a high rate of reduced injuries and incident prevention.
