Develop, implement and update bespoke HSE programs as needed;
Developing risk control strategy using culture assessment and gap analysis tools, and facilitate integration of HSE in business;
Coaching/Mentoring of managers to develop leadership capabilities, in the field of HSE;
Developing, implementing, and updating the necessary HSE management system and procedures;
Technical support to facilities on HSE issues to ensure the integrity and safety of production;
Coordinating the development of facility integrity, procedures and occupational safety standards;
Participate in company processes to manage maintenance, facility integrity and production reliability, and facilitate improvement initiatives;
Implementing production and process safety processes;
Planning, organizing, and conducting HSE audits, tracking results, and developing improvement plans and programs for risk control processes to improve business efficiency and achieve sustainable business performance.
