A key tool in "human factor" management is the introduction and use of employee competence management systems. A key project of the Tactise Research and Development Service has been to establish a systematic and integrated approach to competence management. Like other Tactise projects, CMS is enhanced by IT tools such as LMS (e-learning system) or MLMS (micro-learning system).
This project fully reveals our key competence - the systemic transformation of knowledge and the level of safety culture through the development of key safety competencies.
