The Tactise OPTO project was developed in collaboration with experts in maintenance and repair in the mining and processing industries.

In order to develop this project, we used the best practices of world-leading international companies in production efficiency, and we adapted their processes, philosophy and tools for Russian corporations.

The study provides an assessment of the development of the maintenance and repair system. Our experts' experience has shown that at the moment this is one of the best approaches used in world practice.

Giants such as Shell and ExxonMobil have been using this practice for years to improve their maintenance and repair productivity. We are sure that Russian corporations are ready for this methodology and that they will able to use it to assess maintenance and repair productivity.

The survey is carried out twice: once before the implementation of the project and a second time after completion for visual monitoring of effectiveness.
