Tactise Group International Case: First Aid Training for India's Largest Flexible Packaging Supplier

On September 23, 2021, the expert team of Tactise India Private Limited conducted a one-day on-site first aid training for the top management of a flexible packaging manufacturing company and managers responsible for industrial safety and occupational health in the company. The special value of the event was that it was held in person, despite restrictions in India due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All training participants were vaccinated and had negative PCR tests.
Project Objective: To develop theoretical knowledge in first aid and basic rescue operations conducted during emergencies. Also, to practice necessary skills under the guidance of a qualified trainer.
Project Implementation The Tactise trainer covered:
• Key aspects of first aid, the value of this skill in modern life;
• Importance of understanding roles and responsibilities during first aid;
• First aid procedure;
• Basic life-saving methods. Subsequently, the acquired knowledge was reinforced through practical exercises with each trainee's participation.
Training Results:
• The Partner's team gained necessary knowledge about the concept, rules, and basic life-saving methods.
• Employees realized the importance of their actions in case of incidents, demonstrated safe behavior which they intend to maintain in the company.
• Trained qualified first aid specialists.
• The team also practiced skills for training other employees, which will help maintain safe behavioral norms in the future. During the training, Tactise Group experts together with the partner identified further actions to improve safety in the company and planned the next training session for employees.
