Dmitry Kozlov participated in a panel discussion with partners from India

The event took place on April 11 and was timed to coincide with the annual meeting of HSE leaders of the major international ABG group of companies, widely known in India. The ABG Group includes companies in metallurgy, chemical industry, metal processing, renewable energy, mining, and fashion retail.

Most serious incidents in India occur in the areas of hot work, working at height, and with electrical equipment. Incident investigations in this region show that, typically, companies have information about potential "lagging elements" in safety even before an incident occurs. These are called "weak signals," but they play an important role in preventing incidents and creating a reporting culture. As a result, many Indian companies are now actively interested in projects related to improving safety culture and risk management programs.

Dmitry Kozlov was invited as a foreign expert to share Russian experience in safety management at major industrial enterprises with international colleagues and to discuss the specifics of improving safety culture through a risk-oriented approach.

As a reminder, in 2020, Tactise Group opened an international office in Mumbai.
