Tactise visits India to advance safety culture transformation

In June 2025, Tactise experts — Head of International Development Ilya Spivakov and Project Director Yury Tsiku — visited India to meet with representatives country’s leading industrial groups. The trip marked an important step for Tactise India in developing long-term partnerships in the South Asian market.

A key role in organizing and facilitating the dialogue was played by Gaurang Baxi, Regional Representative and Chief Operating Officer of Tactise India.

The visit included high-level discussions on practical steps toward launching joint initiatives to transform workplace safety culture across large-scale industrial operations.

During the talks, the Tactise team presented its flagship international methodology — R.I.S.E (Risk Intelligence Safety Excellence) — an innovative risk management approach designed to foster a conscious safety mindset, encourage responsible behavior, and strengthen leadership in occupational safety.

The experts also shared insights from their global experience, highlighting best practices in risk management and identifying opportunities to enhance safety systems.

The meetings concluded with a shared intention to explore a pilot project at selected sites where improving safety culture is a high strategic priority. The project would include a comprehensive review of existing practices and the implementation of three core safety norms — territory, work, and leadership — with the potential to expand the approach to other facilities in the future.

Face-to-face engagement between the Tactise team and senior executives of the partner company helped lay the foundation for a trusted and productive collaboration. Discussions were open and constructive, reflecting a shared view of safety as both a strategic priority and a key driver of sustainable development.
