Antivirus Indora Module™

IT solution for protection against epidemics

In recent decades humanity has found itself facing a number of epidemics. 916 people died as a result of the SARS epidemic in late 2002. Between 1997 and 2014, there have been regular outbreaks of bird flu, a virus prone to rapid mutations. In 2014, an outbreak of Ebola killed 22,630 people. Since December 2019, the world has been fighting the Coronavirus pandemic. At the time of writing, at the end of March 2020, Covid 19 had claimed 19,486 lives and the number is continuing to rise.

The epidemic has become a challenge for every enterprise. The Tactise team has developed and integrated a range of digital tools to fully meet this challenge.

This is a new module of the INDORA - AIM™ system
HOW AIM™ WORKS
1
IT IDENTIFIES THE RISK OF INFECTION
It identifies people with fever, establishing their identity and geo-location
2
IT ANALYSES AND PROCESSES THE DATA OBTAINED
Based on alerts and data from other modules, it generates an incident report, identifies groups and risk areas
3
INCIDENT REPORTING
It sends a comprehensive situation report to management personnel
4
IT PREVENTS SPREAD
The system creates a decision-making matrix based on the risk register. Every employee involved receives a list of infection-prevention actions

1. IDENTIFYING INFECTED PERSONS

Artificial intelligence enables the integration of two control technologies.

The algorithm automatically identifies and measures the temperature of a given employee.

2. ANALYSIS AND PROCESSING OF THE DATA OBTAINED

The system automatically exchanges data with other INDORA modules
«People» Module
Integration with the personnel system defines the employee's job, department, manager and workplace
«Maps» Module
Integration with the positioning system defines where the employee is at a given moment and who is located next to him
Integration with the CID (Centre for Independent Diagnosis) system determines: what kind of work the employee is allowed to do and automatically blocks him from carrying out such work until permission is issued by the medical service
«Digital work permit» Module
«Risks» Module
Sharing data with this module enables access to best practices that specifically apply to this situation
«Incident» module
An incident investigation is automatically initiated and generated using the 5WHY system
«Health» Module
Information exchange with the module compares the data with the employee's medical status and records any elevated temperature in the medical history

3. REPORTING AND INSTANT NOTIFICATION

Information provided:

Name and photo
1) Geolocation
2) Address of the assigned workplace
3) Medical data
4) Brief instructions about operational protection measures
When a potential carrier of the infection is identified, a medical examination is required. For the purpose of the examination, medical professionals are provided with the necessary information about the carrier.
The following persons will receive notification:

Employee
On-site medical personnel
Subdivision manager
Section manager
4. PREVENTING THE SPREAD OF INFECTION
If the medical service confirms the infection, the system automatically starts an algorithm to prevent the spread of infection.
Identification of risk groups
The system analyzes digital traces of an employee's movement and other activities over the past 14 days.

It examines work permits, meetings and other events in which the employee was involved, and thereby forms a list of contact people.
Defining the infection zone
The system determines the places where the employee has been and worked over the last 14 days.

This helps to identify potential areas of infection and carry out decontamination measures. These measures help significantly to reduce the risk of the spread of infection.
